Hiscock's Wedge
Fries may be cooked in either of the following ways:
OVEN>>:
#1--set oven at 400deg.F
#2--Place wedge fries on
a cookie pan or similiar item for approximately 20 min.,turning once.
#3--Remove when golden brown
DEEP FRY>>:
For
best results do not thaw .
#1--Set fryer to 350 degrees,
#2--Place about 1/2 of 600g bag in the fryer at a time .
#3--Too
many wedgies may cool the oil and cause them to become saturated .
